Return and refund policy

Unfortunately , as per store policy , refunds are not possible against any orders due to it customised / made to order nature of products.

However we provide exchange facilities in case you receive defective or wrong products

Steps to exchange product (only if you received wrong or defective product)

• Send photos/video about the issue
• We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, Once confirm with our customer service executive, You will have to parcel us back and As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge. i.e you have to pay for courier which you parcel us back.
• It will take 7-8 working days to resolve the same.

NOTE :We have uploaded size chart along with every product , so customer can confirm the size before placing the order as these are made to order products.
